Shipping your order

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible once it has been validated on our website and payment has been received and accepted. If you place an order Monday to Friday before 3:30 p.m. and all products are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. For orders placed over the weekend, processing will take place the following Monday.

If all the items ordered are in stock, your order will be delivered to the carrier (La Poste group) the same day. If certain items are not in stock, your order will remain on hold until they are restocked. In all cases, we will inform you of the shipment of your order by email, accompanied by a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in the network of the carrier until its delivery.

In the event that your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we have specific procedures in place to help you. If your package is lost, you can contact our customer service so that we can start a search with the carrier. If the loss is proven, we will send you a replacement package free of charge. If your package is damaged upon receipt, it is possible to refuse the package or make a reservation on the carrier's delivery note. In the event of breakage of the equipment, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible to set up a procedure for replacing the product.

We offer two delivery methods for your convenience. The first mode is sending in follow-up without insurance. Although this mode is not insured, it offers complete visibility on the tracking of your package. However, if tracking does not confirm delivery, we will take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.

The second mode is sending by registered mail with signature. This mode ensures delivery guarantee and offers complete peace of mind. In the event of a problem with the delivery, we undertake to assign a new shipment as soon as possible.

In the event of a return of the product, each individual customer has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of his order to contact our customer service and agree on an exchange or a refund. The product must be returned with the prior agreement of our customer service. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned package, our after-sales service will check the integrity of the product and initiate the exchange, credit or refund procedure. We insist that the product must be perfectly new or unpacked very cleanly when returned for the refund to take place.
