2. Subject and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on www.faisdesaffaires.fr with consumers. They prevail over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

3. Products, Prices and Orders

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Prices are indicated in euros. Order confirmation entails an obligation to pay and acceptance of these conditions.

4. Payment

Payment is secure and carried out using the payment methods offered during checkout. The order is prepared upon validation and acceptance of the payment.

5. Manufacturing, Shipping and Delivery

In-stock items ordered Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM are prepared and handed over to La Poste on the same day, subject to payment validation. Orders placed after this cutoff time, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Custom products are manufactured within a maximum period of 7 days, depending on the nature of the work. Delivery is handled by La Poste. Free shipping is offered on purchases of €30 or more.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For non-customized products, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Requests must be sent to contact@faisdesaffaires.fr. Products must be returned in their original condition to the following address: Fais des Affaires, 32 rue Marie Dauguet, 70320 Aillevillers, France. Unless due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. This exclusion applies to custom products once the proof or personalization elements have been validated.

7. Legal Warranties

Consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. For any claims, please contact us at contact@faisdesaffaires.fr with relevant supporting details.

8. Consumer Mediation

A consumer mediator is currently being designated. This information will be updated as soon as membership in a mediation scheme is finalized.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before taking any legal action.
